Kevorkian Konstantin Ervantovich is a former member of the Kharkiv City Council of the VI convocation from the Party of Regions, who is currently a columnist for the russian propaganda publishing house Ukraine.ru, head of the Ukraine.ru channels on Telegram, and author of a number of anti-Ukrainian books.

In his articles, Kevorkian K.E. spreads russian propaganda aimed at justifying and legitimising the armed aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of its territories, denying Ukraine's self-determination, supporting the russian federation's policy of not recognising the Ukrainian people's right to self-identification and self-determination, distorting the image of the Ukrainian people's identity and their desire for independence, which is achieved through the dissemination of false ideologemes based on a deliberately false and manipulative identification of Ukrainian patriotism with ‘Nazism.’

In addition, an interview with Kevorkian K.E. has been posted on the video hosting site YouTube, in which he spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda.
