Kabargin S.L. is a russian businessman and co-owner of the russian holding company Titan-2. Titan-2 is involved in the construction of nuclear and thermal power plants, oil and gas facilities, and chemical plants, and is a strategic partner of the russian state-owned nuclear energy corporation Rosatom.
The Titan-2 holding company is the general contractor for the construction of new power units at the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant-2 and the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant-2.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is requesting that 52.7595% of the total number of shares in JSC Kirovograd Ore Management be transferred to the state.
The company was established in 1935 to supply refractory raw materials to metallurgical enterprises. JSC Kirovograd Ore Management has a subsoil use permit and specialises in the extraction of secondary kaolin. The raw material base of JSC Kirovograd Ore Management is the Oboznivskoye secondary kaolin deposit.
