Ministry of Justice lawsuit against director of Kherson Regional Museum of Local History upheld

On May 19, the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to apply to Tetiana Bratchenko the sanction provided for in paragraph 1-1 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions.”

Tetyana Bratchenko, while serving as director of the Kherson Regional Museum of Local History, voluntarily cooperated with the occupying authorities and publicly supported the policy of the aggressor state.

 

She actively participated in events aimed at providing information support and spreading the rhetoric of the aggressor state and the occupation administration in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.

 

By a court decision, the following assets were confiscated in favor of the state:

 

- two houses;

 

- two vehicles;

 

- cash.
