The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recover the assets of Tetiana Bratchenko, the former director of the Kherson Regional Museum of Local Lore, for the benefit of the state. During the temporary occupation of Kherson, she voluntarily cooperated with the Russian occupation authorities, publicly supported the aggressor state and participated in pro-Russian events in the occupied territories.

As part of the lawsuit, the Ministry of Justice requests that Bratchenko's property be confiscated in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’, including two houses, two cars and cash. This is part of the Ministry's broader efforts to bring to justice those who supported the Russian occupation regime.
