Shmyhal and Liechtenstein's prime minister discuss sanctions against Russia and frozen assets

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal met with Liechtenstein Prime Minister Brigitte Gaass on the sidelines of the Spring Meetings. He briefed her on the situation in Ukraine, thanked her for her support in the fight against Russian aggression, and called for increased sanctions pressure on Russia. Shmyhal stressed the need to create a mechanism for confiscating frozen Russian assets to compensate Ukraine for the damage caused.
The head of government thanked Liechtenstein for its financial assistance for Ukraine's recovery, its support for children through the construction of family homes in Poltava and Fastiv, and its assistance in opening the ‘School of Superheroes’ in Lviv.
