New EU service to help small businesses comply with sanctions

The European Commission has launched the EU Sanctions Helpdesk to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) comply with sanctions regulations. The service provides free advice, guidance and information on sanctions legislation in different countries, reducing the risk of violations.

The service will work with government agencies, financial institutions and international organisations to ensure that businesses have access to up-to-date information and training.
