Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Russians want to use $300 billion of frozen assets as a ‘cunning bribe’

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia is trying to withdraw $300 billion of frozen assets by offering various countries to buy products, including high-tech ones, for this amount. According to him, in this way, the Russians want to use the funds as a ‘cunning bribe’.

He stressed that the frozen assets remain in Europe, and European countries do not intend to return them. He also noted that assets are an important element of sanctions, which Russia is actively fighting.
