A man with russian and Kyrgyz citizenship was arrested in Nuremberg, Germany, on suspicion of selling technical equipment to russia in violation of sanctions.
According to the investigation, the man was selling satellite dishes and sonars to russia.
As part of the investigation, searches were conducted at six properties in several federal states, in the cities of Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main, Grosse Umstadt, Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, and more.
The detainee is suspected of violating the Law on Foreign Trade. According to law enforcement, he used a German company to purchase technical equipment. At the same time, investigators believe that the 55-year-old man is part of a network.
