The HACCU partially satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to impose asset forfeiture sanctions on Yevhen Balytskyi, Vitaliy Balytskyi and Oleksandr Balytskyi.

Yevhen Balytskyi is a former member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who was appointed the so-called "governor of Zaporizhzhia region" after the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine by the russian federation. As the so-called "governor", Balytskyi actively cooperates with russia, in particular, he organized the so-called "referendum" on the accession of Zaporizhzhia region to russia, and today he oversees the eviction of pro-Ukrainian residents of Zaporizhzhia from their homes, the illegal sale of their real estate, and spreads pro-russian propaganda in the media.

Balytskyi V.B. is the father of Balytskyi E.V., who provides the capacities of the enterprises he owns and seized to the russian armed forces for the purpose of manufacturing and repairing their weapons.

Balytskyi O.E. is the son of Balytskyi Y.V., who joined a pro-russian paramilitary group and is actively involved in the russian federation's war against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

By a court decision, the property was forfeited to the state:

- movable property (4 cars);
