HACCU partially upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice on imposition of sanctions against Royal Pay Law LLC

On May 31, 2024, the HACC partially satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to impose a sanction on Royal Pei UP LLC in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.

By the decision of the HACCU, the assets of Royal Pei Law LLC were recovered to the state, namely cash in the amount of UAH 53,000,000, USD 3,490,199, 10, EUR 54,316, 25 and securities in the form of a domestic government loan bond “Military Bonds” with a nominal value of UAH 1,752,893,000.

In total, more than UAH 1.8 billion was seized.
