HACCU upholds the claim of the Ministry of Justice to impose sanctions on the manufacturer of russian "Daggers"

The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to partially satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the Joint Stock Company Research and Production Corporation "Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering" for the imposition of a sanction in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.

The court recovered assets belonging to the Joint Stock Company Research and Production Corporation "Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering", namely the right of claim under the agreement No. 291/805-2012 concluded on 10.08.2012 between SE "SPC "Fotoprylad" (currently LLC "SPC "Fotoprylad") and JSC "SPC "KBM".

According to the information available to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, it is a claim for products, namely thermal imaging control devices and the balance of funds.

Joint Stock Company "Research and Production Corporation "Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering" (JSC "SPC "KBM") is an enterprise in the russian federation that develops and manufactures military equipment on the order of the Ministry of defense, thus strengthening the military potential of the russian federation, which uses this military equipment during the armed aggression against Ukraine.
