HACC confiscated assets of “Rostvertol” russian production complex

On September 27, the HACC panel of judges upheld the claims of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against Rostov Helicopter Production Complex of Rostvertol PJSC and imposed a sanction on it under paragraph 1-1 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions".

The court ruled to confiscate Rostvertol's assets, namely, manufactured components for helicopters (21 sets), to the Ukrainian state. The value of the confiscated property is estimated at nearly $5.5 million.

As a reminder, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit on September 19, 2023.
