The HACC imposed a sanction in the form of asset forfeiture on PJSC "S. V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex"

The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against Public Joint Stock Company "S.V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex", third parties not claiming independent claims to the subject matter of the dispute: Public Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation", State Corporation for Assistance to Development, Production and Export of Advanced Technology Industrial Product “Rostec”, State Enterprise "ANTONOV" on application of sanctions and asset recovery.

The High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a sanction in the form of asset forfeiture on  Public Joint Stock Company “S.V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex”, in particular, it concerns the products transferred by the latter to “ANTONOV” State Enterprise within the framework of participation in the program of resource testing of the AN-140-100 passenger aircraft type design under the 2010 agreement worth USD 4,022,614.46.
