This is reported by four shipping sources and LSEG data.
The tanker Tempest Dream, carrying about 43,000 metric tons (363,350 barrels) of gasoline, sailed on Monday, according to sources and LSEG data.
The vessel, which was sanctioned by Britain in June, is heading to Sohar, Oman, according to shipping data, although the buyer could not be verified.
Mumbai-based Nayara Energy did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters.
The second ship, Sard, is currently in the western Indian port of Vadinar, which Nayara uses, and is set to pick up about 43,000 tonnes of diesel fuel, according to two sources and shipping data from LSEG.
According to Reuters, Nayara has been forced to cut oil processing volumes at its 400,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Vadinar due to difficulties in obtaining ships and selling fuel from the port as a result of sanctions.
Nayara, which operates 6,600 petrol stations in India, has turned to state-owned fuel retailers to sell its products on the domestic market, industry sources said.
It recently used the tanker Leruo to transport about 43,000 tonnes of diesel fuel to the port of Mundra in western India, according to data from traders and Kpler, a shipping tracking company.
Leruo and Sard have been under EU sanctions since July and May, respectively.
