OFAC published a general license for Belarusian airlines

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control has published General License No. 11 for Belarus, which allows all transactions with Belavia, the national airline of Belarus, that would otherwise be prohibited by US sanctions against Belarus.

However, the General License does not permit:

- the release of assets frozen under any sanctions regime set forth in Chapter V, Part 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations; or

- transactions with any persons or entities other than Belavia whose assets are frozen under the US sanctions regime against Belarus.
