The HACCU partially satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice to recover the assets of V.O. Boguslaev and P.I. Kononenko to the state

The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to partially satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against Viacheslav Oleksandrovych Bohuslaev and Petro Ivanovych Kononenko for the imposition of a sanction in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.

 

Vyacheslav Boguslaev is a former Member of Parliament of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th convocations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, former President of Motor Sich JSC.

 

Petro Kononenko - business partner and trustee of Mr. Boguslaev in the russian aircraft industry, former director of the Moscow office of JSC Motor Sich.

 

In the statement of claim, the Ministry of Justice stated that one of the grounds for imposing the sanction was the Defendants' participation in the logistical support of the military-industrial complex of the russian federation.

 

The assets of V.O. Boguslaev were recovered to the state:

 

- 14 real estate objects in Zaporizhzhia region (in particular, residential buildings, land plots, a garage, fishery "Kosa Obitochna", administrative buildings)

 

- property rights to trademarks (8) and property rights to industrial design patents (2);

 

- corporate rights (51% of Zolota Aistra LLC, 90.1% of Motor-Garant Insurance Company, 100% of Vinnytsia Aviation Plant LLC, 100% of SME Helicopters LLC, 100% of Motor-Bank JSC, 16.7% of Azov Trade-XXI PE);

 

- 336 firearms;

 

- cash in the total amount of USD 12,593 thousand. US dollars, 236 thousand euros, 3,206 thousand russian rubles, 105,526 thousand hryvnias (in the total equivalent of about 615 million hryvnias).

 

The assets of P.I. Kononenko were recovered to the state revenue:

 

- corporate rights (23% of Zhekon LLC, 17% of Perspectiva Vysokie Tekhnologii LLC, 19% of Promzapal PrJSC).

 

The HACC refused to recover the assets of third parties related to V.O. Bohuslaev and P.I. Kononenko, namely, the son and four grandsons of Bohuslaev and Kononenko's son.
