The HACC seized the assets of OJSC Gomselmash

The corporate rights of OJSC Gomselmash in LLC Trading House Gomselmash-Ukraine, LLC Trading House MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine, LLC PROMIN-YUG and property rights to trademarks were seized as state revenue.

Gomselmash OJSC is the managing company of the Gomselmash holding.

The subsidiaries of the GOMSELMASH holding company are involved in the production of components for ammunition and kamikaze drones called Geran-2 of the Shahed type, which the Republic of Belarus manufactures to order for enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the russian federation.

An appeal against the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court may be lodged with the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court within five days of the date of the full court decision and its publication on the official website of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine expresses its gratitude to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine for the materials provided and their systematic assistance in implementing the sanctions policy in the area of recovering the assets of sanctioned persons for the state.
