The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit to confiscate the assets of the manufacturer of russian "Daggers"

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has filed a lawsuit with the HACC to impose sanctions on the russian JSC NPK Konstruktorskoe Bureau of Mechanical Engineering.

According to the ministry, the sanction in question is the confiscation of assets to the state.

The Ministry of Justice does not specify which assets are being confiscated.

Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering Research and Production Corporation is one of russia's leading design and research and production centers in the field of military equipment. The corporation produces portable anti-aircraft missile systems (including Igla and Verba), anti-tank missile systems, tactical missile systems (including Iskander M), and Dagger missiles.
