The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit to forfeit assets of three russian oligarchs

On September 25, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose sanctions against Mikhail Friedman, Petro Aven, Andriy Kosogov and Rissa Investments Limited in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine requests to recover to the state revenue:
- 82.1086 % of the total number of shares in PrJSC “Insurance Company ‘Alfa Insurance’,
- 86.2264 % of the authorized capital of Alfa-Leasing Ukraine LLC, Paritet Finance LLC, Sense Digital LLC, Universal Leasing Company ALFA LLC
indirectly owned by Mikhail Maratovich Fridman, Petro Olegovich Aven, Andrey Nikolayevich Kosogov.
- 100% of the total number of shares in PrJSC Myrhorod Mineral Water Plant, PrJSC Morshyn Mineral Water Plant Oscar, PrJSC Industrial and Distribution Systems,
- 100% share of the authorized capital of IDS Aqua Service LLC, Power LLC, IVA PE, SE NOVA.COM,
- 3.343445% of the total number of shares in PJSC “Ukrainian branch company for the production of beer, soft drinks and mineral waters ‘Ukrpyvo’,
indirectly owned by Rissa Investments Limited.
Mr. Friedman, Mr. Aven and Mr. Kosogov are russian businessmen, founders and shareholders of companies belonging to the Alfa Group financial and investment consortium.
Rissa Investments Limited is a holding company whose subsidiaries are engaged in the production and distribution of mineral waters, in particular, in Ukraine, the russian federation and Georgia, and together with Rissa Investments Limited form the Borjomi Group of companies.
