The US authorities have also offered a total reward of six million dollars for information leading to the arrest of individuals on the blacklist.

According to the report, sanctions are also being imposed on Garantex's successor, Grinex, three Garantex executives and six related companies in russia and Kyrgyzstan ‘that supported the exchange's involvement in malicious cyber activity.’
Five million dollars of the six million that the US government is offering for information on the whereabouts of the individuals targeted by the sanctions are earmarked for a person named Alexander Mira Serd. He is said to have russian and Ghanaian citizenship and is registered in St. Petersburg.
