HACC issued a decision to recover assets of Volga-Dnipro Airlines LLC

On 29 August, the HACC upheld the claim filed by the Ministry of Justice to recover the assets of Volga-Dnepr Airlines LLC, Volga-Dnepr-Moscow LLC, Volga-Dnepr Logistics D.V., and VOLGA DNEPR AIRLINES (IRELAND) LIMITED in favour of the state. 

Volga-Dnepr Airlines is a group of airlines founded by a former military pilot, Lieutenant Colonel of the USSR Air Force, O.I. Isaikin in 1990. It provides logistics services and cargo transportation using AN-124-100 Ruslan transport aircraft. Thus, by the decision of the HACC, 6 D-18T Series 3 turbojet engines that could be used in these aircraft were confiscated.

We remind you that the company contributed in every possible way to the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, helped with the transportation of military cargo and equipment, dual-use goods under the current sanctions regime.
