Ukraine confiscates assets of propagandist Kiselyov

The HACCU panel of judges upheld the administrative claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against russian propagandist journalist Kiselyov and imposed a sanction on him under the current legislation.

The court decided to confiscate his assets to the state, namely:

- a residential building with a total area of 151.1 square meters in Koktebel;

- a land plot with a total area of 0.2878 hectares;

- a Land Rover car;

- a trailer;

- 100% share in the authorized capital of the limited liability company "Club Skovoroda";

- 30.95% share in the authorized capital of Promo.Yuey Limited Liability Company.
