Ukraine has created a portal for tracking russian violating vessels.

Already 360 vessels have been included in the list of violators on the War & Sanctions state portal on sponsors and accomplices of russian aggression.

A new section on the DIU's War & Sanctions portal covers the enemy's maritime logistics, including data on violating vessels.

“Maritime logistics is critically important for building up the aggressor's military capabilities, movement of troops, obtaining weapons and sanctioned goods, and trafficking in stolen goods. Aggressors transport weapons through international straits on civilian merchant ships. Exporting fossil fuels to circumvent sanctions is the main source of income for russia and Iran. The shadowy tanker fleet and ships without ice class in the Arctic threaten an environmental disaster. Through the sale of agricultural products from the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, russia finances the war and maintains the loyalty of its allies - Syria, Iran, and the DPRK,” the section description reads.

Currently, 360 vessels are being monitored. The portal records cases of AIS shutdowns, ship calls to russian ports, detailed information on sanctions and violations, and ports visited.

The DIU emphasized that it is necessary to sanction the vessels on the list below, as well as all related companies and individuals (owners, operators, managers, executives, senior crew members). Prohibit such vessels from entering ports, territorial waters, EEZs and international straits, selling spare parts for them, etc.
