AVR Trembita was the only participant in this auction.
The ultimate beneficiaries of AVR Trembita LLC are Roman Andriiv (33.33%), Vasyl Knyushuk (33.34%), and Andrii Romaniv (33.33%), with the company being registered on 23 December 2025.
The Kalush Pipe Plant previously belonged to russian oligarch Myron Gorilovsky and his partners and specialises in the manufacture of plastic pipes and profiles. The plant's production capacity is over 25,000 tonnes of plastic pipes per year.
At the previous auction for the sale of 93% of the Kalush Pipe Plant, which did not take place due to the lack of participants, the starting price of the enterprise was UAH 136.538 million.
As reported, on 22 November 2024, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the previous decision of this court, which confiscated the Ukrainian assets of the russian group Polyplastic owned by Myron Gorilovsky and his business partners Valentin Buyanovsky and Andriy Menshov in favour of the state.
The russian group Polyplastic specialises in the production of polymer pipes and composite polymer materials and has a research base for research and development in the field of composite polymers, which have a wide range of applications, from the production of polymer pipes to the production of small arms components.
