Ukraine synchronized sanctions against russia with Japan

According to a statement on the Office of the President’s website.

The sanctions list includes:

Pavel Marinichev, CEO of Alrosa, whose company provides revenue to the russian budget through diamond mining;

Sergey Lukin, director of the Tula Cartridge Plant;

Rim Yong Hyok, representative of the North Korean company KOMID, involved in supplying weapons to russia.

Additionally, sanctions were applied to russian defense enterprises "Staut" and the Center for Innovative Technologies and Engineering, which supply electronic components, equipment, and communication systems to the russian military.

The private military company "Konvoy", established in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory and financed by russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg and the sanctioned bank VTB, is also included under the sanctions.
