On January 23, 2025, the decision of the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of December 02, 2024 in case No. 991/9618/24, which upheld the second claim of the Ministry of Justice to impose sanctions on V. Boguslaev, as provided for in paragraph 1-1 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”, in full.
The assets belonging to the defendant were recovered to the state, namely
- buildings and structures of the economic complex in Prymorsk, Zaporizhzhia region
- 100% share in the authorized capital of INNOVA LLC.
The decision of the HACC Appeals Chamber comes into force immediately after its announcement and is not subject to appeal in cassation.
The Ministry of Justice is systematically and irrevocably depriving pro-russian figures of their assets in Ukraine. The court's decision on Boguslaev's property is yet another proof of this.
