The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the HACCU to impose sanctions on Popov O.K.

On December 10, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction under paragraph 1-1 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions” against O. Popov, with the participation of third parties who do not make independent claims: Trans Oil 1 LLC, Yug Oil PE, Ivanivske District Inter-enterprise for Electrification of Rural Economy “AGROPROMENERGO” LLC, National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of russia, Oleksiy Popov, with the support of representatives of the occupation authorities, ensured the supply of oil products for further transfer to the structural units of the occupation authorities of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions by providing special transport for the transportation of oil products from the occupied Crimea.
By his actions, O. K. Popov is actually aiding and abetting the representatives of the occupation administrations of the russian federation, thus contributing to the occupation of the territories of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has declared for recovery vehicles, real estate, corporate rights and funds belonging to O.K. Popov.
