The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the HACCU to impose sanctions on Yurii Kot

On 29 November 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction under paragraph 11 of part 1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’ on Yuriy Volodymyrovych Kot.

 

Yuriy Kot is a former Ukrainian TV presenter known for his pro-Russian views. He currently resides in Moscow, Russian Federation, where he cooperates with the Russian media space and spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda. In addition, Kot is a member of a number of anti-Ukrainian organisations, including the Immortal Regiment of Ukraine and the Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine.

 

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has declared for recovery the property directly owned by Yurii Kot, namely 4 land plots, firearms (3 units), 1 vehicle, property rights to 7 copyright objects, a share in the authorised capital of Zolota Fishka LLC, as well as funds placed on accounts in a commercial bank.
