The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the HACCU to impose sanctions on RODINA

On 29 November 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction under paragraph 1¹ of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’ on Rodina Research and Production Association, with the participation of a third party that does not assert independent claims: Joint Stock Company ANTONOV.

Open Joint-Stock Company Research and Production Association Rodina (OJSC RPA Rodina) is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian Federation engaged in the development and production of high-precision aviation control systems for the civil and military industries. The company provides development, supply and maintenance of aviation equipment for the armed forces of the Russian Federation, thereby contributing to the armed aggression against Ukraine.

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has declared the property of Rodina, including components and spare parts for aircraft, for recovery.
