The decision to seize the assets of Yanukovych's bodyguard to the state remains in force

The decision to confiscate the property of Viacheslav Yevhenovych Zanevskyi in favor of the state remains in force. The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the decision of February 5, 2025, made in the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against Zanevskyi.

 

The assets were confiscated to the state budget:

 

- 100% of the authorized capital of AMSTEL-SKI LLC, which manages the AmstelSki hotel complex in Bukovel;

 

- 5 objects of intellectual property;

 

- 12 land plots;

 

- 2 apartments;

 

- 4 parking spaces;

 

- 1 car;

 

- 10 weapons;

 

- money in excess of UAH 300,000.

 

Vyacheslav Yevgenyevich Zanevsky is an officer of the Russian Armed Forces and former head of security for former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. According to the investigation, he helped the Russian military search for Ukrainians, including members of the Armed Forces, ATO participants and patriots, in the temporarily occupied territories.

 

The court's decision is final and cannot be appealed in cassation.

 

As a reminder, on February 5, 2025, the court satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice, imposing a sanction on Zanevsky in the form of confiscation of his assets in favor of the state.
