US discusses selling weapons to Ukraine with frozen russian assets

Answering a question about the possibility of Ukraine using russian assets to purchase American weapons, Kellogg said that "this is a subject of discussion."

"We've always talked about this repeatedly... about using russian frozen assets to buy American weapons... And it will be discussed with the president,” he said.
