Ukraine has provided its partners with all the necessary information on circumventing sanctions

‘There are EU leaders who make decisions together, vote and discuss. I believe that we have passed all the information to our partners at this point. And then we will see whether there is an alliance in Europe or not on this or that type of sanctions,’ he said.

Zelenskyy clarified that Ukraine, for its part, is collecting all the necessary data on the circumvention of sanctions by russia.

‘We are preparing lists of companies, for example, that sell their products to the russian federation through certain companies or countries. We raise different ones. This includes propaganda, the shadow fleet, components for russia's strategic weapons, missiles, etc. This is what we can do,’ Zelenskyy said.

He stressed that the Ukrainian authorities are actively communicating this topic with their partners.

‘At the bilateral level, I am discussing with leaders who... can influence to unite, for example, the European Union on the country's shadow fleet, who directly know how to do it even physically,’ Zelenskyy said.
