HACCU upholds the claim of the Ministry of Justice to recover russian assets for the benefit of the state

On December 11, 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court ruled to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the Open Joint Stock Company Research and Production Association Rodina on the application of a sanction provided for in paragraph 1¹ of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”.

Open Joint Stock Company Research and Production Association Rodina (OJSC RPA Rodina) is one of the leading enterprises of the russian federation engaged in the development and production of high-precision aviation control systems for the civil and military industries. The company provides development, supply and maintenance of aviation equipment for the armed forces of the russian federation, thereby contributing to the armed aggression against Ukraine.

By the decision of the HACCU, the sets of steering units of flight control systems were recovered to the state.

The term for appeal is ongoing, the defendant and a third party may file an appeal within five days from the date of publication of the full text of the decision on the website of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
