HACC Appeals Chamber upholds 2 first instance decisions on asset forfeiture to the state

On June 25, 2024, the decision of the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the decision of the HACC of April 18, 2024, which partially satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and imposed a sanction on Vyacheslav Oleksandrovych Boguslaev and Petro Ivanovych Kononenko in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.

On June 27, 2024, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dismissed the appeals of Cyprus Aircraft Leasing 2 LTD and Ralph-Dieter-Girmes, and the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of 15.05.2024 in case No. 991/11220/23 was upheld.

By its decision of May 15, 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against JSC "Ilyushin Finance Co." on the application of a sanction in the form of asset forfeiture to the state.
